i'm a recruiter.

i have the most fun working with founders before their companies have names people recognize.

i started my career at a company that grew a ton and exited in the billions. i've been a founding recruiter a few times since. then worked in venture, building out a talent platform for founders in our portfolio. now i'm at a recruiting firm, helping founders build entire teams.

i've built recruiting functions from spreadsheets and google meets into fully operating teams. done it a bunch of different ways. a surprising number of them wrong.

the more i've done it, the more i've come to appreciate the mechanics of building companies. the players, the capital, and the incentives on all sides.

i plan to spend the next decade or two doing more of it. with people i like and want to see win.
